Do you happen to know what equivelant Estrofem dosage would provide the same blood concentrations of Estodiol as does what I am presently taking (0.9mG Premarin x 1 per day)? The importance of that question arises out of the fact that it took years to finally zoom - in on a reasonable dose of Premarin (titration) and I would want not want to go through that process again. It would be great to just switch over and have the same effect from the get-go.

If one does enough alcohol injections and one's testosterone level decreases to castrate levels, then one is castrated, even if he is still intact, with non-functioning testicles. The question should be what is one's testosterone level to determine if one is "fully castrated", which is a misnomer. Either one is or one is not castrated. I'm not sure that there is a consensus in the medical community as to what the castrate level is. Is it 100, 70, 50 or 30? If someone who was castrated takes HRT to increase his level of testosterone to normal levels, he is technically not castrated any longer because he can function fully as a normal male, with a regular libido. He would only be ball-less or have athropied testicles, and be sterile. It would be the same if someone who is chemically castrated stops. He no longer is castrated as his testicles are now functioning, producing testosterone, and he has all the attributes of a normal male once again.

Fully disagree with your last conclusions. I AM "fully" castrated - my nuts are gone. I use HRT and maintain a level of ~550 ng/dl ("normal"), and I can assure you my nuts are still gone, and I AM still castrated, I am still an eunuch. If you still have testicles but they are non-functional, around here we refer to them as castra
