I would bet you would not feel much, if any difference between 23ga and 25ga needles.

23ga=.025" or .64mm diameter. 25ga=.020" or .51mm diameter. That is next to nothing. Here is a link to a gauge chart:

I am currently using 25ga because a eunuch acquaintance suggested that size and I was able to find them online but I wouldn't hesitate to use 23ga. Those needles go in so easy they seem to almost fall in by themselves with absolutely no pain. It can get a little uncomfortable if you push the syringe too fast, just go slow. But that has nothing to do with needle size.

I started injecting Everclear in early February but had to stop in late March because I developed a severe infection. That's cleared up now and I have started the Everclear injections again. I am being much more diligent about cleanliness now and so far so good. In spite of the infection there was some good. My last T check in early May was 153. I'll use calcium chloride if I have to but I need to learn much more about it first. It would be wonderful to attend MoM as a new eunuch.

Thank you so much nrvgag44. Believe me that I´d use everclear If It was not banned in my country. I´ve done a couple of injections the last months using 40% vodka =80 proof. I experienced extremely pain in spite doing with 30G but It was because I applied in the wrong point. I feel more pain in the left, the right did It very very well. I´ve studied the cacl2 technique and I need use alonger needle for It, 30G is too shorter, and the only suitable I could find was 23G 1". It seems that the final approach with intratesticular chemicals is get them removed, no one injection guarantee100% a total and irreversible castration from I´ve read, the orchidectomy is the only way to ensure this. nvrgag I think that Everclear is enough for you, and no need for cacl2 I woudn´t risk with It If I could. If you seek an urologist once your testicles being damaged and athrophied enough, , and If you appear convincing and have a solid story for Its ears, It will remove them. I still waiting for my cacl2, I´m not so hurry, because I´m on hormones and my libido is low, but although my T is extremely low, I´m still with some libido , I m subscribed in another website of transgender, and I found out, that estradiol may help some trans to mainatin their libido. I think that It is happenning to me.

Hi, the journey has started.

I have been watching and re reading this thread for ages. Now the first caCl injection is done. 0.5 cc at 20%.Both testicles are quite small so hopefully this will be enough. The trigger was a back injury that has me fairly immobile for a few days and on strong pain killers so...hey now was the time.

Hi, 24 hrs in.

Both testicles swelled noticeably over night.There is absolutely no pain in the right one unless I squeeze it.The left is slightly painful ,sending a low level ache up into the groin. Nothing that an ibuprofen cant deal with.. The pain is ok, in fact I would have felt cheated if there was no pain at all.A hot shower or masturbating takes the pain away for a while.

My primary aim was to damage my testicles sufficiently to cause surgical removal. I succeeded in this and they were removed by a urologist on March 15th last year.This means just over 17 months ago. I am daily thankful that they are gone and I have not missed them for one single day, in fact when I woke up after the surgery, the first thing I did was to stick my hand down my pants to make sure that they were gone. Next step is to have my scrotum removed and then to have my penis shortened. I don't want it totally removed, just shortened.

24 to 36 hrs some pain about 2 on the 1-10 scale dealt with by occasional ibuprofen. Occasional sharp pain up into the groin.

36 hrs to 48, fewer sharp "stabs" and very low level ache.Testicles about 2 times normal size and painful to manipulate but quite livable with.tight pants better than loose.

Have you been on antiandrogens before?

dou you measure the size of your testicles before the injection?

What size of needle used?

Do you mix your cacl2 with alcohol, or do you inject the pure cacl2?

your cacl2 is food grade, reagent grade?
