Anyway, my doctor told me that they found an "Unidentifiable Mass" on my left testicle. Yeah, my LEFT testicle. I don't know why there was nothing found on the right one.
hi Marci, that does sound concerning.....but from reading back over some of your previous post.....it seems that the left testicle is the one that "popped" out of place when you were injecting and that you heard a sound, right? i'm not medically qualified so this is just my two cents opinion.......hopefully and probably, just scabbing formed over from that previous occurrence.

Stacy,
Sleep disruption or deprivation is one of the results of hormones fluctuating. I had a terrible time with it for quite some time after being castrated. Eventually, I started a low dose testosterone regimen to ward off depression and regain a better sleep pattern. This varies from person to person, and since you're using estrogen you'll eventually regain a healthy sleep pattern, but it takes time. You're going to have to deal with a lot of different physical changes, but don't despair, there's light at the end of the tunnel.
Marcy,
Are you going to take the antibiotic? If you don't, I don't know what will happen, but the testicle might become infected even more, of course then they might remove it, but you wonder if the infection might spread. A prolonged, untreated infection can damage your testicles, what a dilemma.

Remember this is not an race. It may take weeks or months for you to see the results. With some the result will be quicker and some it will take longer.

Yes. I started the first dose last night, and so far, no side effects except diarrhea, which I learned is one of the side effects of antibiotics.

Oh yeah. I forgot that that happened. That makes sense.

TMI ALERT- Blood in ejaculate
I havent used the "equipment" in a while so I was a bit curious and made an "equipment check". Well, with the help of good porn, the equipment worked fine but for the first time in my life there appeared to be blood in part of the small volume of ejaculate and the rest had a faint reddish brown hue to it.
It has been many months since I have done any injections but I was examining one last night or the night before and I noticed I could squeeze the hard mass in my left testicle with no pain. I'm wondering if that could have forced blood into the prostate from that testicle.
Anyone else had anything like that happen?

Sometime ago I read that atrophied organs begin to dissolve or disintegrate (waste away) and that pieces of the organ or cellular tissue can be removed from the body through urination or bowels. I can't remember everything, so I might not be totally accurate, however, it makes sense. I do know that dead testicular tissue will be absorbed by the body, so it sounds as though your testicles are atrophied, dead or dying. When are you getting another ultrasound?

Years ago when I caused a bout of epididymitis I had blood in my urine, I then actually had my left testicles epididymis removed. I had messed it up pretty bad during my early attempts to castrate myself.

Definitely worth a mention to a medical professional! Blood is not a good sign when it is coming out of the wrong place(s)..
