Try using a hair band twist around your penis for a while not long. Just enough to numb your penis make sure the band doesn't have skin in between wraps. It will turn purple but wait till it's numb and remove.

Try just under your glans not yuor whole penis, your glans if numb will prolong you ejaculating early.

Pretty much tied/cinched my penis almost the whole day. No bands just gauze twisted like litttle rope. Been purplish and cold almost all day. From inquiry I have been asking it sounds best to be castrated first then proceed onto the penectomy. I'm always looking for input and others experiences

Just remember that once your testicles are cut off, you'll begin to experience the effects of testosterone deprivation. Not just hot flashes, but serious depression. Not anything like you might have ever experienced. You'll need to have to have some testosterone replacement to use just in case. Also your penis will then really shrink up if you delay using testosterone replacement.
