It's no big deal to me. Some of the old timers around here seem to get their feathers ruffled a bit after they see the millionth new guy make that kind of request.

FYI I finally saw the results of my first blood work from May of this year. It was after I'd been on the aforementioned roughly 1/4 dose of Androgel for about two weeks. I came in at 61ng/dl. It's a total serum number, if that matters much. I believe the other way they read it is free serum testosterone.

I guess "old timers" are the only ones who understand "common courtesy" these days.

Seems it's just about as common as "common sense".

Give me the old days when a pair of boobs, was just two dumb guys!

Not to criticize you, but it's your prerogative to give them your photos, but last I checked, you put 'em up for 3 days then promptly took them down. This indicates you must have had some concern about it and I find it strange you make the comment above given the evidence. If it's no big deal, your photos would still be out there.

This old timers favorite thing is when a newbie comes to HIS website and complains there are watermarks on everything behind the subscription wall. Well why the F*** wouldn't I do that? Want me to take 'em off so you can steal 'em and put them on tumblr? Because that's what folks do now... they have no respect for the people the photos belong to. Even watermarking 'em doesn't stop some of these people.

But overall, when the very first thing out of someone's mouth to me after they find out I'm a nullo is, "cool! Send me photos", that's where I get really gruff. That's the point the conversation comes to an end.

Zero offense taken from asking for photos or your responses.

What I'm really saying is that I don't mind if somebody asks once. I was very interested in and grateful for photos from others as I was considering my own castration, so I know the mindset some of these requestors are coming from. I'm sure others just want photos because it's a fetish. So the request, in and of itself, does not really bother me. But, also I can see the irritation in having every new guy that registers a screen name come along and request the same thing - particularly if you've been on the boards a while and see it over and over (what I meant by "old timer"). I've just observed what seems like a few guys getting jumped on over it and that's not the way I personally respond to it. I did post unedited photos initially and then thought better of it. I'm sure there are plenty of copies floating around the web now, because of the behaviors of others as you mention.

I know there are copies of it floating around on the web. I've seen them on Tumblr.

And no offense here at being called an old timer, I look in the mirror and wonder when I got this damn old, and I'm not that old yet. Just remember, you're only 9 years behind me. LOL

I've been doing fine. I've pretty much found what I believe is my new normal, so I haven't really thought about the forum much lately. The incision got a little itchy a few weeks ago, which lasted 3-4 days. It's still just slightly tender if you move or stretch it. The cords are still there, and they're sensitive to being pushed or squeezed, just like you'd expect testicular cords to do. The right cord is still attached/healed to the incision, but it doesn't cause any issues. I'm still taking 1/4 dose of testosterone gel, which is 1/2 of a 5mL 1% packet every 2 days. It has been enough to keep hot flashes 95% at bay. My body hair has darkened up again on my belly, which is where I apply the gel. That's the only spot it's come back much, so I'm guessing it's just the higher concentration of T I get on that spot.

I haven't viewed pornography since before the surgery, so low T has really been a viable solution to that issue. In that sense, the procedure was a success. Other than being a lot less horny, a little chubbier, and just a little less driven in general, things are much the same.
