- i've found that withdrawing slowly allows for some tiny amount of alcohol seepage, causing mild heat/tingle (burn) in scrotum and

- withdrawing quickly causes some pain (like a thumping the testie with your finger) caused me to grit my teeth and bear it for few seconds (and seemed to be a little more of a mild discomfort afterwards then usual)

- withdraw with smooth, measured pace

- Needles are soft!

The needle tip can very easily get damage/bent. Be careful not to rub it or hit it against anything. Do not use the needle more than once. You might not notice any difference but you will feel it. I think this is probably what happened when you notice blood/tissue you saw.

Here is more detail on how I do it:

I fill the syringe (w/o needle on) with EA; put the needle with its protection still on; remove air till I see a tiny droplet of EA on the tip; loosen the protection of the needle a bit; hold ready the teste and identified where I will to push in the needle to avoid retries; with one hand get the syringe and pointed down; then with one finger push the protection of the needle which falls straight down w/o ever touching the tip; if there is a little EA on the needle get it sideways close to a cotton that sucks it (don't touch the tip of the needle with the cotton); once the needle touches my skin, it will go in there. My first time I reuse the needle and I realized that it made a big difference.

I have try withdrawing the needle fast, slow and very very slow. Fast actually got some drop of EA out and was painful. My best results is when I made sure that either the plunger in the syringe was totally in, or (if unable to put all the EA) pull back the plunger a little so there is not pressure that may squirt a bit of alcohol when the syringe is out of the skin and nothing blocks the tip. Then slowly slowly withdrawing the needle out.

The thinner the needle the less pain.

Well you are having hot flashes, your breast are sore due to breast development, and feeling weaker. These are all signs of low to no Testosterone. If you start taking estrogen your hot flashes should stop and your breasts will be sore and after a time you will notice them bouncing.

ok, so i got my syringes over the weekend, and man!! do they look menacing..... they are 29 gauge by 1/2" (inch) needles.

the only thing is that they are 1/2 cc syringes, so for me to get in the 1cc per teste that i plan to do, i have to inject twice....

anyway, like i said, this is what i want and i'm committed to it.....i should start my first set of injections sometime this week (remember i'm using 75% proof, clear rum, so i should be ok), i will let you'll know how it goes....wish me luck....

I'm taking estrogen injections (10mg/wk) and my only problem is hot/cold swings at night which go from breaking a sweat under the cover then going to the other extreame very quickly. It is making it difficult to get a good night's sleep...

I only did about 5 injections and I may consider more in the future. I have been very happy with the results since they have shrunk quite a bit and my T has dropped considerably and 200mg of spiro seems to be MORE than enough to drive T to very low levels.

Hi everybody,

I went to my doctor's appointment today for my ultrasound results. I also tried to get another hormone test done, but my doctor suggested that it was unnecessary due to my testosterone being in the normal range early this month. Anyway, my doctor told me that they found an "Unidentifiable Mass" on my left testicle. Yeah, my LEFT testicle. I don't know why there was nothing found on the right one. Although I do notice an increased bumpiness on the left one. My doctor thinks it's an infection, so he considered putting me on an antibiotic and he had me give a urine sample for testing. There was a trace amount of something found in the urine, I can't quite remember, but it concerned my doctor. I'll get a copy of my Ultrasound results and urine analysis soon. He then prescribed me "Doxycycline Hyclate" 100mg, to take twice a day for 7 days. He told me to come back in a month and to have another ultrasound done. I have another doctor at another hospital who I'm going to try to request a hormone test from. I picked that doctor last Summer because I thought that she could put me on hormone therapy. However, she's a primary care doctor just like the other one I have.
