Since going off siterone and now finishing with injections, I've notice some amount of gynecomastia in the form of large, swollen nipples. It seems that some of the testosterone that was blocked by the siterone has returned. Could it be converting to estrogen?

When did you first start noticing a reduction in muscle definition after castrate level was reached and maintained?

When did you first start noticing an increase in skin softness after castrate levels?

It all is "your mileage may very" very greatly in this case. There are over source of testosterone in the body, and the activity varies greatly from person to person, as the sensitivity to estrogen. It will take anywhere from a few weeks to years before you may notice the changes as they may happen very slow in some individuals.

Okay, because last night I thought I noticed that my arms were a little less muscular than usual. I can't be sure, maybe it was the light. I have felt more emotional and passionate since early last month.

Hi everyone gemstar21 here, new member to the Eunuch forum, although I’ve been viewing the site for years now, this discussion about EATI has prompted me to join and be apart of it because, like many others, I too have weighed the pros and cons, the risk/reward, and decided to go ahead and do it for myself.

I’ve read through the entire thread, and the wealth of information about doing this on oneself is extremely helpful. I also heed the warnings and mistakes by others, and will learn from them… I understand the risk involved, and I am willing to face that risk.

About me briefly, I am a ‘still in the closet’ MtF, living in the Caribbean island of Trinidad, (not in Jamaica, thank God, in Jamaica, LGBT’s are NOT welcomed) anyway, even here where I live they’re not quite as open about people of different orientations and alternative genders. So as the case goes, it is very difficult for me to transition here. I’ve been to doctors, two urologists, with little help. I am seeing a therapist, who is taking forever to move the process along. So when I found this thread, I was so relieved. Finally, I can do something tangible to reduced my testosterone and become the woman I want to be.

I have been on HRT before, and do know the effects of lowered testosterone. I have taken Spiro and estrogens both in pill and by injection. But EATI is a whole other ballgame; I am going directly to the source. And I have questions

Everclear is not available in my country. But we do produce rum. I did some looking, and found that the highest proof rum we produce is clear 75%/151 proof rum. I looked some more and found out that this basically ethyl alcohol. That should be able to work right?

Also, what are the correct painkillers to use? I read earlier in the thread that painkillers that thin the blood and that cause a central numbing affect might not such a good choice. So what can I use?

Some of the measurements reported here of after injection testicle swelling seem to be mind blowing! I read someone said one of his swelled up to 4 inches! That can’t be right…right? 4cm surely?

And, are swollen testicles noticeable during the normal day’s activities? I don’t want to have people steering and asking, hey fella, what’s up with the bulge?

That should be it for now. To say again, I’m really grateful I found this thread. I was actually considering buying a burizzo online. Thinking of it now, I’m really glad that I didn’t.

And to Marcy, yes, YMMV. But the results would be a whole lot quicker on hormones. I got mild breast growth, the eunuch calm, lower libido, all varying in a matter of weeks to months on hormones. hope that helps

It is generally accepted that the higher the proof the greater the "damage"

Tv show "Mythbusters" showed that "rotgut" vodka can be made "Topshelf" by sending through a filter several times...

but i dont know if thats a carbon filter or what.

I have not experienced any pain at all, other then general tenderness/sensitivity for a few hours afterwards (dont go jumping around!)

personally, I Do not take symptom relievers of any kind (pain killers/cough suppressant/Etc) because they are just that, symptom "relievers" . they fail to address the cause.

Hopefully someone with medicinal knowledge can weigh in on this for you.

I have not had any testicle swelling, though once my epididymis did swell to the size of another nut, but it was completely un-noticable, even nude.

Final thoughts:

i will continue to do my research. because while everclear is made from wheat, rum is made from sugarcane or molasses so i don't know what difference effect that may have.

hmmm......so even though it might be white rum it still may contain these burnt sugar fragments?

Rum types based on age:

Unaged: Technically, unaged rum is not rum, but rather aguardiente, which is ethyl alcohol with or without a lot of congeners, depending on the distillation method.

I first noticed some effects of the injections after the 5th set of 1.5ml 190 proof everclear. At least I think and hope these are the side effects.. I got very sensitive nipples, so sensitive that I felt self conscous thinking they were sticking out and visible through my cloths. I also noticed decreased strength in my for arms and legs. They get worn out easier than they used to. I stopped waking up in the middle of the night with erections...this is weird at first. I am so used to waking up with an erection that it seems weird not to have them...but it is great!!!! These are some of my effects. I have done 8 sets of injections to date..I am so ready to be at peace with myself and my body. I want control over myself...I want calm.
