In my early days, many factors made me wish I could rid my self of my balls. The constant urge, need, desire to jerk off 3,4,5 times a day, or more was one of those factors. It became a constant distraction. Even though I am lucky to getoff 2 or 3 times a week now, I still desire my balls to be gone, even more than ever. However I don't want my sex drive to be completely gone. I achieved a virtual no sex drive status earlier this year and while that certainly has some advantages. But I prefer to have some sex drive, some testosterone, but without balls. There are certain mental and physical advantages to having a certain amount of testosterone in the body.

if jerking off is interfering with your life, then seek medical help, although getting such help might be a challenge; I wouldn't know. Decades ago it was an impossibility.

When I was a teenager I would masturbate as much as 8 times a day. The only time I didn't was when I was either very sick or my penis developed abrasions on it from doing it so much.

Now in my mid 30's I do it no less than twice a day which is when I'm busy and when I'm not busy it's like 3-5 times a day. Now that I've started Androcur and Tomoxifen I suspect that in a few weeks I won't be doing it very much at all. Instead of wasting my time masturbating I would rather do it just see if I still can and then find out that I can't anymore and give it up all together.

As far as thinking about masturbating goes I'm guilty. I would say that my mind is always on sex in one way or another. I can't answer the post castration question yet because I'm still working on it.

Castration definitely will cure masturbation. I only try it once in a great while to see how much cum I have left in my shrunken prostate, and it doesn't really satisfy me or even feel that great. Sex with the wife is okay but not very satisfying for me (she gets off okay). Most of the time I don't even orgasm.
