Circumcision of 12 Y.O. boy stopped by Oregon Court

May be the problem is not person, but religion?

So would it better to execute judaism (slowly).

This reminded me about comparison of religions with computer viruses...

If we execute every faith that practices circumcision, that might eliminate most religions. Then again, no religions means no more fundamentalists messing in our politics.

I'd suggest shooting Dr. Gene Scott first but he already died. Damnit.

Circumcision is a sensitive procedure that no one should undergo until he is old enough to decide for himself. I wasn't given that choice, and I don't like the choice that was made for me.

I was circumcised, as were all boys where I lived, during the time I was born. Until I was grown, I remember seeing one boy, a boy from Yugoslavia, that was uncircumcised, and I thought he looked really strange. Had I not been circumcised, I'm certain I would have wished I had been. Otherwise I would have been somewhat a freak to the other boys.

Even when I was in college most males had been circumcised. I remember a Vietnam boy that had himself circumcised, even though he was nineteen or twenty at the time. I'm certain he had it done, so he didn't look different from everyone else.

Now, I wish I hadn't been, but I wouldn't want to have grown up uncircumcised in a world of boys that had been. I would think it would be the same with this boy. If all the boys he runs with are circumcised, he'll probably want to be.

In this particular case, it sounds like he's just the pawn in a custody fight between his mom and dad. He's made it twelve years without being circumcised. If I were the judge, I'd prevent the father from making the decision for him. Let him decide when he's eighteen.

From what I can determine, about 50% of boys are circumcised now compared to about 90% of those my age where I was born. But, like I said, EVERY boy I ever saw when I was a kid -- born in this country -- was circumcised. As far as I know, none of my grandsons have been.

I was circumsized at less than a week old. The Jewish doctor told my mother it was health reasons.

I was born with 4 perfectly formed upper extremities. I had 4 arms, 4 forearms, 4 hands, etc. and all functioned perfectly.

However, our dominant religion claimed that the defect was of the devil and that 2 of my arms had to go.

In addition, all of my relations urged my parents to have my arms removed so that I could be like everyone else and I would not be made fun of in the showers in gym at school. You see, I could 'hide' my deformity under baggy clothes at school, and nobody knew that I had extra arms. It was real handy because I could scratch my balls and nobody knew it. Perhaps what bothered them the most though was that I could masturbate and unless I groaned or grimaced, nobody could tell. Yes, that MUST have been the 'devil' involvement.

So, off to the doctor we went. After explaining the problem to him, he suggested that the two lower arms and their supporting structures be amputated.

So, off into the exam room we went where a 'local' was administered, (I felt it anyway, though) and off came my 'extra' arms while I screamed as everyone held me down.

So now, I am like everyone else, In gym my scars were hidden under my armpits were explained as a 'sledding accident' I obtained on a 'slippery slope' as a pre-schooler. So, I grew up "NORMAL"... so to speak.

I can only imagine how much more pleasure that I could bring to people if I had my extra appendages...

Execute BOTH of the parents. They're both nuts.

Next, track down the idiot who planted this notion in the father's head and execute him. Next, the father's lawyer(s). Better yet, as Shakespeare said, ALL the lawyers.

The other alternative is to use a set of Siamese twins as understudies, particularly if they are joined at the hip. And give each one a .38 to deal with lawyers AND shit head surgeons at intermission. Aside from that, I would love to hear a couple of folks I know play with THAT organ, heheh!

I am making the decision to ge circumcised on my own, did the research on my own, and had support of my family to get circumcised. Need I say more?
