I was suffering chronic migraines, and when I started cyproterone acetate they stopped completely. I had night sweats for a week or two but after that I slept even better than before, seemed to help reduce my sleep apnea. Make sure you get a good amount of exercise, it will help your hormone levels and also help you relax and sleep better.
