Interesting about the Viagra not helping without direct stimulation much. I heard from another person who told me that Cialis 20 mg (the same thing I have but have not tried yet) helped him

get hard without direct stimulation, a
nd it helped him very well. He said he would get quite hard randomly for 3 days after taking it.
I guess it's another one of those everyone is different things. But I remain hopeful Cialis will help me without direct stimulation as well as with.
Anyone else have experience with oral ED treatments? Do they help without direct stimulation or only with?

I remember, that at age 21 or 22 I had highest sex drive ever.
Once I walked on the street my thoughts turned sexual it is supposed to be normal. The result of thoughts was strong erection. Which is not very normal when walking. You don't get strong erections while walking. But then I felt like if I put some effort in my imagination I could reach an orgasm. I admit, it wasn't easy, I was hovering around the edge, but finally I reached an orgasm while walking on the street. That is not normal at all! To have an orgasm while walking, with the only direct stimulation coming from clothes. I don't know how I looked like. I must have been walked funny as I almost lost control over my muscles for a short time.
My pants became messy inside, that was uncomfortable, but I didn't think about that

I once had an orgasm while sitting at my desk in high school. Top that! True story. Wish I was 17 again, but if I were, then I would have no women to have the orgasm with! Now I have what seems like any woman, but not enjoyable.

Erikboy, I used to have erections all the time, whether sitting, walking or whatever. I though I'd die of embarrassment. Of course, all this is quite normal for young men. I think it's kind of cool and totally natural that you had an orgasm while walking down the street. Of course, that kind of thing can be embarrassing, but I think the embarrassment almost always exists solely for the young man. I suspect any reasonable adult observing you would have simply thought, there goes another horny youth!
The thing with me, though, was I never had an orgasm of any kind until I was 22. No wet dreams. I know not all men have those. It took me until that age to learn how to masturbate, you know, that jerking off activity. For years, I'd heard guys talk about jerking off and I had little clue what they meant!

. I was, you may have guessed, more than a little bit naive. I certainly wasn't 'in touch' with my body, figuratively or literally. So at the age of 22, I was starting to worry I'd never be able to have a child. I had to read up on masturbation in the medical library, give some serious thought to what the mechanics would be like if there were a woman involved (of course, by now many of you know I'm often way too serious

) and figure it all out on my own. I was totally blown

away by the first experience.

I've got to thing to say, first, Postoplezzie, if I could get hard reading your post would have done it. Dam that was hot. Second, into my 50's I would get a rock hard hardon waliking. Day dreaming of sex. I got them, though not as hard until I was castrated.
So I don't think that so uncommon or we are all (in this group) really sexual hot dogs.

It seems that ability is traditionally defined as getting an erection during sex. ...Now that I am back on T, my ability to get hard with direct stimulation has improved quite a bit. However, I still have little ability to get hard without direct stimulation. Looking or thinking isn't cutting it anymore. I must either touch directly or be intimate with another. Furthermore, even when back on T and even with direct stimulation, there is virtually no sensation in my penis. ....So my question is for others on TRT: can you get hard without direct stimulation, or is direct stimulation necessary?
I'm on HRT and have no ED issues. I seem to get hard whenever I'm in a sexual situation and without direct stimulation, although I have to add that my partner has learned that I cum a lot easier when he fondles the underside of my cock where the balls used to be attached.

Plix has Posted a question that I too have wondered. I am not castrated, but I do take testosterone shots. And I noticed basically what he is saying, after I had been on the shots for a while, though to a less severe extent. I really don't know what would cause this. It is known that the testes produce something called "epi-testosterone" and if one takes tesosterone shots, (or gets castrated) he stops producing anything and the epi-testosterone would fall off. This is just a theory. It seems no one has the answer to this. I know bodybuilders who take tesosterone shots, and they report having a far harder time reaching orgasm, even though, they say their sex drives are actually higher on the shots. Could this harder time reaching orgasms have to do with the lesser sensitivity Plix is describing? I know the most "stimulated" I ever been in my life, was when I took HCG to stimulate my balls into producing tesosterone again. It was also increase epi-testosterone. . .
I could be completely off. It's just that I too miss that feeling. It really was magic. I could bring it back though with HCG. Of course, with no balls, HCG would be pretty much useless.
The book written by at least one sports "star" who abused testosterone said that his sexual abilities were as good or greater while he was on injections. His only problem was when he decided to quit and try to knock up his girlfriend. She said he was awful to be around, limp as a dishrag. Personally I think testosterone is testosterone. I know my Uro spoke about other things that testicles made but when I asked him what they were and what they did he had zero clue so...
I think I understand a man having mental (erection problem) issues post surgery. "Castration" is such a heavy concept. I found myself doing a double take when my GP used this term just a short time ago. Perhapes in cases like mine where my natal testes were atrophied and not functional the mental slam of the surgery was different because my "change" in my mindset was little to none. In fact I felt "more" male post op because I had replacment testicles (silicone) that were adult sized and by then my HRT scheme was pretty close to perfect.
Please understand I'm not discounting anyone who says they feel less able to perform but before focusing on HRT I would very strongly look at dose, blood levels and how much it was effecting my Estrodiol levels (and so on) then I would speak to a mental health expert and look into any mental reservations I had post op that might be causing issues.
