My ejaculate looks exactly the same as when I had balls. It was initially thinner in consistency and probably still is. I'm not sure there's less or about the same when I orgasm.

If you are on Hormone replacement its pretty much the same. If you go without your prostate will shrink and the output will decrease.

Testicles produce about 5% of the typical ejaculate. The prostate and surrounding glands make up most of the output but of course without the testes it is sperm free. Bilaterial Orchiectomy - The "perfect" sterilization.

Same here hermes. (though I've only toyed with the thought of fully removing "those parts", I see no use in having them since my desire is to be the object in sex, never the subject. A bottom through and through.)
