So, maybe those eunuchs who don't experience hot flashes, who can still masturbate, and haven't experience shrinkage of their "peepees" (I haven't), just have a higher level of non-testicular testosterone.

I'm guessing that this is the case with me also. I've always had a very strong sex drive (too strong) and even now I still enjoy sex, although the interval between experiences is much longer. Penis still gets erect and length seems the same, but then I haven't been an eunuch all that long....

To my understanding presence of hot flashes vary in great range.

I remember that Andrew (he has been away now for quite a while) did some research on the subject.

hot flashes tend to be more intensive on men who are castrated younger, who do not have much fat (fat absorb and accumulate T), who's initial T level is high and men who's adrenal gland doesn't produce much T.

Reducing factors are, age, bodyfat ratio, natural low level of T and high percentage of T produced in adrenal gland.

There is no clear answer for that. YMWV as legendary Andrew said once.

Most will have hot flashes, few won't.

Decrease in penis size will vary the same way. But it is related to erections frequency. The more you have erections the less decrease in size will be.

It is also extremely common for castrates on HRT to experience hot flashes, the same as if they were not doing HRT. Keep in mind that HRT replaces Testosterone in the body, not any of the other hormones or substances that are ALSO produced by the testes.
