I was on a drug called prednisone for 12 years for an autoimmune disorder. Since the first year I was on it I haven't had an erection. That was 1984. But I'm not sure how you'd get any without being at death's door with a truly dreadful imflammation of some kind (mine was crohn's disease) The other side effects are quite awful, but it stopped the internal bleeding that threatened to kill me. Yes, orgasms are possible without an erection.

When I was on Prednisone my sex drive was higher than it ever was -- though I don't really know why that was since after ceasing the Prednisone I still had this strangely huge sex drive that I hadn't had before.

I did a little googling about penis damage from using pumps and found this interesting article:

It seems that after only 20 minutes on a pump- not 6 hours as I had suggested- you may damage your penis, and that gangrene(!) may result from using it for to long! While I support your quest for a limp weiner, I would not want you to cause any life-threatening emergency.

Reminds me of the time in the mechanics shop. The young lady with her father would attest a clutch should last more than 3 days, it's not possible for it to be ruined again in such a short period of time if the work had been done right.
