Having had the honor to work in a VA hospital for over 15 years, I can tell everyone the primary mechanism of slow orgasm in men. It is the brain. When the nurses bathe quadraplegic patients, the patients blow a load almost as soon as the nurse touches the penis. The patients cannot feel a thing, though. It is just a reaction that takes place at the basal ganglia. All of these patients confided that before their accidents or injuries, they took considerable time to ejaculate, but after, no time at all. It was their conclusion that the brain slows things down. So to increase the time, try thinking about the orgasm you are experiencing. These vets don't lie and are far smarter than democrats give them credit for.

I wonder if there are any meds that may actually increase a guy's ability to orgasm. And I sure don't mean testosterone, as I know too many men who say that when they take it, it makes them take longer to cum. There was an older man on here who sent me a PM telling me certain herbs can help. Argh, the body is so complex. . .

I'd agree that the brain is the primary organ involved in delaying an orgasm. Before becoming an eunuch I could delay orgasm for up to 45 minutes. Things still work about the same now, but I don't have to think about it to delay my orgasm. I sometimes do not reach orgasm (sort of like Barry).

I find that my thoughts are mostly what make me feel sexy (or not). With no T, sexy thoughts require an outside source of stimulation (such as viewing a pretty girl or whatever). When I had T, the sexy thoughts were always present even when they weren't wanted.
