If you should get an Archive story published, we're not going to sue you. At least, I don't think we are. You are giving us the right to indefinitely display your work, not signing it over to us forever, as I understand it. The worst thing that could possibly happen is to have Darth Vader and a Red Nun show up on your doorstep asking for contributions if you are a smash author, though!
