Hi Steve,
I'm glad to hear you are on the mend now. I hope this is the end of you pain now. Take it easy and follow the doctors instructions to get well soon.
BTW, I'm still dealing with my back injury now for over two years. I have a new surgeon who seems a lot more willing to help and has scheduled me for a discogram next week, September 5th. From what I understand, after reading some of the explanations on the web, this is basically a test where they inject a fluid into the disks to determine which disks are the worst. I hear it's not a pleasant procedure and I'm a bit nervous about having it done. Apparently I can't have any pain medication before hand or that would compromise the test. Hopefully this will tell the surgeon what he needs to know so that I might get back to having some sort of life again. Wish me luck.
