I don't know if I would class what she was saying as "teasing" I think she was just making a statement. Agree... in 99% of the cases an erection during medical exam would be embarrassing. This is exactly why this one time I wrote about was so special to me. There was some level of intimacy between us, I could not have an erection when she changed dressings on my scrotum due to the pain I was in, but I feel that in that particular case this was a loss of mine rather than an 'escape' from an awkward situation.

im freshly on TRT after 5 years without significant T and my prostate has fully started up yet, but my cowpers glands and other glands are. Yes, kristoff, it feels very good but that's not enough to override my embarrassment. I know many guys are perfectly OK with going there every week and having it done, the doctor said that very fact, but im relatively inexperienced and that was just too much for me emotionally...

I had, more recently, a somewhat similar experience to Mismatched. I had an undetected prolactinoma for 12 to 15 years (very slow growing tumor.) This shut down my testicles and I had no erections for about 10 years. When I was diagnosed and treated and started using Androgel my erections returned. Boy, did they hurt! It was like tearing adhesions. The reason is that without regular erections the expansive tissue in the penis looses its expansiveness. Even now, without using a pump, my erections are in inch shorter and one-half inch thinner then they were before the turmor.

Fortunately, I did not have painful ejaculation because during the time I had no erections I continued to masturbate. Yes, you can masturbate a flaccid penis to climax although it is very frustrating sometimes. My doctor says that because I continued to exercise my prostate by masturbating to ejaculation I have no prostate problems at the moment. An examination a few months ago revealed that is was normal size and had no granularity. Not bad for 63 years old! Medical science is beginning to understand that prostate health is really a matter of use it or loose it.
