Mine are now gone for good and as of present I am still healing a couple of weeks later. My incision just hasn't healed as quickly as I had hoped. Perhaps I'm just impatient. I have had no hot flashes, chills, nausea, night sweats or any other types of symptoms to report and I still like girls. It was two and a half years ago during a very long and major hot flash (embarrassing and totally scary since people might think you're on drugs or something) at the public library when I finally figured out that those things down there could be the only culprit over all these years (due to having an extra chromasome). But nobody would listen to me and I had to go completely out of the way to get the procedure done safely.

You are all very kind. My incisions are healing nicely, the bruising is subsiding, i'm just a bit sore on one side. Looking forward to seeing you all at MOM.

Oh yes. I forgot that when I had mentioned about going completely out of my way to get this orchiectomy done that I had indeed ended up going to about one of the most competent and compassionate professionals that one could hope to find. So all in all it was worth it. And I am so relieved. (No cutters for me.)

Whew. July must be Orchiectomy-o-ramma!

Mr T's tips for post op

Use the frozen peas!

If yours came out inguinaly - Don't Laugh *It hurts - if you must laugh or sneeze lean forward. That helps.

If your taking Vicodin for the pain make sure your taking a laxitive. And from my experience Citrcilll was not enough. X-Lax (maybe), the gross insertable stuff was nearly going up my aft end at day 4 but by then I stopped using the Vics... and blessed relief..... A flush twice type of thing...

Don't try to tough it out if you have serious pain. Start the meds right away and keep up. If you get behind your going to be miserable.

Pat dry the incision(s) after you shower DON'T rub.

No sex for 2 to 3 weeks! And THEN no female superior (Position) she can still handcuff you...

Use Mederma (spexled Rite?) for the scar treatment.

Pube hairs growing back is a bitch.... I have no suggestions just noting that it itches like the devil.

Glad to hear from you, Dev. I was wondering how you were doing.

I'm running on one damaged ball with the other dead. Low-T level is great. Now getting some hot flashes - but then it is HOT outside too....
