I was using spirolactone (for a medical issue) awhile back.
It was causing me to have gynomastica (sp?) male breast enlargement.
As this was not looking like nice large male pecs, but instead like female breasts, and this was not something I wanted, my Dr. changed my medication to something else (I forget what). I don't recall if it lowered my sex drive. I was not actively trying to lower my T at that time in my life.
