I think you would for most men. Do I lose my balls or my hair? I think they would just lose their hair. Losing their perceived manhood would just be too much.

My mom is balding. Thanks to menopause and no HRT (she says she doesn't like how it makes her feel). Also her voice has grown noticeable huskier, too.
