Yeah, it really sucks. They were perhaps the most reputable option in the world for voluntary, non-transsexual castration.

I had just finished negotiation with Steve for an all new procedure -- for $1200 he was going to permanently nerve-block my penis and testicles! I was planning to go to Europe on end of summer anyway, and everything was looking good. I thought this new procedure would be very popular for those like me who hate the feelings of male genitals but wanted to keep the functionality (for urination and hormone production).

I never found out what he died from. Obviously things like heart problems, some cancers, and asthma attacks can happen in early 30's. Or since he was on the medical fringe who knows what sort of drug use or edgeplay he may have been into.

Any death is sad, but this is a big setback for the Eunuch community and even me personally.

I wonder if there may possibly be the chance the clinic may re-open at some point?

I mean in light of steve's tragic passing it's understandable that the staff would need time to recover from this, with a view to re-opening in the future? Admittedly, Steve was the chief surgeon, but not the only surgeon according to the staffing lists on their site so there may be hope yet...

I suppose it was due to health problems, probably a heart attack. Heart attacks before the age of 40 are largely a "male territory". He was morbidly obese, as far as I can tell from his photograph.

Steve was obese, and depressed, it was hot in Europe too, he was siiting at the table while dying, it was out of the blue, a friend was out, getting foods, and found steve dead sitting on the table.

The clinic is gone, I was offered the stuff, I needed Steve too, now I must look for another openminded surgeon... or learn how to do it.

ORR is now being investigated in a criminal investigation, clearly there will be no reopening whatsoever.

In Antwerpen heeft justitie eerder deze maand een macabere illegale kliniek aangetroffen in het centrum van de stad. Op 20 juni werd een huiszoeking gedaan in een pand waar artsen en verpleegsters tegen betaling bizarre seksoperaties uitvoerden.

In de 'sekskliniek' lieten mensen voor de kick hun penis of testikels amputeren. Vrouwen konden er hun vagina laten dichtnaaien of hun borsten laten verminken. Het pand was uitgerust als een professioneel ziekenhuis, compleet met operatietafels en medische apparatuur.

De leiding was in handen van ene 'dokter Steve'. Deze persoon leeft echter niet meer. Hij blijkt een paar dagen voor de inval te zijn gestorven aan een hersenbloeding.

Justitie in Antwerpen bevestigt dat er een onderzoek bezig is wegens 'het toepassen van illegale geneeskunde' en 'het toebrengen van slagen en verwondingen'. Vooralsnog zijn er geen aanhoudingen verricht.

In Antwerp last month the police discovered a macabre illegal clinic in the centre of the city. On 20 June they searched a building where doctors and nurses carried out bizarre sex operations for payment.

In this “sex clinic” men could have their penis or testicles amputated, just for the “kick” of it. Women could have their vagina sutured closed or their breasts removed. The building was equipped as a professional hospital, complete with operating tables and medical equipment.

Control was in the hands of one “Doctor Steve.” This person, however, is no longer alive. He died a couple days before the discovery due to a brain haemorrhage.

The police in Antwerp confirm that there is an investigation currently underway because of “the practice of illegal medicine” and “causing bodily harm.” As yet no indictments have been made.
