I'm not encouraging anyone but if you did do it you could get blood poisoning or a blood clot that could break loose and kill you. After so many hours of being on you your testicles would be dead and if you tried removing the band it would kill you the only thing you could do is go to the hospital to have it taken care of
And I guarantee you that you will be put in the psychiatric ward for a long time because you are a danger to yourself for what you just did
So just don't do it
I'm going a little off-topic here. Not much off-topic when you think about it.
@Chesleyt is correct. After the band had cut off blood supply long enough to kill the testicles, only a surgeon should remove them. It would not be an easy operation. The surgeon would be correcting multiple problems. First, the blood clots in the dead flesh. Then, finding the blood supply to the testicles to clamp them off and then tie them off. That would have to be done from the abdomen through the inguinal canal. So, the scar would be pretty ugly where the surgeon was looking for the proper place to tie off the blood supply.
Now, to the psychiatric ward part. Yes, you would find yourself having to explain why you hurt yourself by banding your balls. Assuming the psychiatrist came to the conclusion that the only body parts you wanted to be removed were your testicles and since you were fresh out of testicles, you'd not be considered further harm to yourself.
There was a post on here with a link to a newspaper story about a man who thought masturbation was a sin. His wife died and he started masturbating because it's against the law to have sex with dead people.
In his mind, the sin of masturbation violated his religious convictions so grievously he needed to remove his glans. So, to please his God, he cut off his glans. It didn't work out so well and he ended up in the surgery to repair the damage and to stop him from bleeding to death. They put him on a psych hold. Given he only wanted his glans removed to stop sinning, they couldn't hold him in the psychiatric ward because he didn't want any more of his genitals cut off.
However, if the same man had gone to a urologist and said, "my religious beliefs require that I have my foreskin amputated". The only question the doctor would have asked him would have been, "would next Tuesday work for you?". Every so called medical benefit to foreskin amputation has been disproven. Still, some of the old myths still survive and the circumcision industry seems to have to trouble to find new "benefits" to circumcision. Once the newest benefit is disproven, a new benefit pops up. The reason is simple, the circumcision industry in the United States creates billions in revenue. First, there is the fee to "give" a baby a circumcision using a one=time use disposable device. (Hint: anytime there is a manufacturer of a one-time use medical device, there will be lots of money to pay for studies to show how wonderful it is. If the studies paid for by the manufacturer show harm or no benefit, the are owned by the manufacturer and are simply never published). After charging the parents to "give" a circumcision, the hospital donates the foreskin to companies that need the skin cells for various reasons. In the consent form for circumcision is permission to donate the foreskin. Most parents have no idea that provision is in there. It's against the law to sell human body parts. So, the hospital can't "sell" the foreskin. They can, however, charge a fee to prepare the tissue. Most hospitals charge about $1,500.00 to prepare the tissue for transport. Between the $500.00 the hospital charged the parents and the $1,500.00 the hospital charges to for the donated tissue, the hospital sees every baby boy born as having a $2,000.00 coupon attached and they want to clip it. The profit does not stop there. One of the biggest consumers of "donated" foreskins in the skin graft industry. One human foreskin donated by a tiny helpless baby can create a football field size worth of skin grafts. Pharmaceutical companies need to test potential drugs at every step along the way of their development. One of the first stages of testing is to see if the drug is toxic at the cellular level. They need live human cells to do this testing and "donated" human foreskin cells are perfect.
If you wonder why is someone looked at as doing self-harm if they want to remove their testicles, glans or even their nipples but, nobody thinks twice if a person wants their own or their babies foreskin removed, the answer is money.
