I was on Androcur for over three years before I was finally castrated. I started at 100 mg. per day and eventually moved to 150 mg. per day. It sure is a good test run before you make the full and irreversible commitment. Best of luck. Read all you can from here, it will help.

Well its been 2 days now on it 150 mg. a day. No changes except when I take the pill it seems like I have buterflys in my stomack. anyways thanks for all the comments and I will post somthing monday on I hope somthing happens then.

It will take a while for the Androcur to load in your system and build up to the point where it has effective function. Patience.... (a week or two).

Well it's been 1 week now on 150mg. of androcur and the only things I have noticed latly is that getting erections is a little harder and my ejaculate is a little weeker. I was kind of expecting more but really not to much of a change in much else. Anyone think I should take more of the pill or just give it more of a chance for another week?

This takes a while to load in to your system, where serum levels are high enough to be effective. 2-3 weeks is normal.

I tested Androcur over about 2 weeks with a very high dose - I think next time I will try with only 150mg or lower over a longer time to get a good result. Over about 200mg I had sexdrive only a little reduced and the orgasms has been a bit weaker.

200mg per day is a pretty high dose. Did you give it enough time...?

I suggest you take for at least three weeks before judging the effect.

Hi Kristoff,

for shore not enough time. I had only enough pills for just 15 days. next time I will only use maybe 150mg for the first week, 100mg for the second and then only 50mg per day. Hope that there will be a better result after some weeks instead of hoping for a complete shut down with a higher dose per day.
