Totally agree. When I met you, I was afraid you'd blow away in a good wind

i dont want to damper my health. i have spent most of my late teens eating so healthy, to now give that up is too much to handle... i have done really good the last week, or so, i have ice cream in the fridge and cookies in the pantry but i have not had any. i have had one piece of chocolate as a desert, thats it! i feel so much better when my bottomless pit of a tummy is not controlling me.

i try to keep the eating in check for health reason.

True, but it'd be nice if some if it were leaner :P It's all fat. And once it's on, it doesn't go off easy.

I'm going to have to exercise some self-control for once. Before this I was eternally skinny! lol... this sucks. I never gained weight before.

personally i love to eat, and i can eat alot. Paolo is right for the most part. your having cravings mainly because of deficiencies (wow, i spelled it right) but as for the sugar and sweets, well if it isn't your blood sugar it often tends to be psychological. sweets and sugary treats i often crave for no apperently reason out of the blue every couple months or so. i normally avoid sugar, because it just doesn't appeal to me most of the time. but yeah, it makes you feel content when you're pigging out on sweets when the urge is upon you.
