Now what??

Call an IT specialist and have him overhaul your machine.

As I recall, you have always had difficulty with this. Try getting someone to sit down with you and show you how to do it - the instructions posted to you repeatedly have done no good. Or, as P suggested, get your machine checked out - or replaced.

I've yet to be able to sign on to the chat. Bummer!
