Wow... I am surprised by the very strong negative response to this idea... I guess a regrets forum might detract from the EA as one of the few (only?) venue were voluntary castration is viewed positively....

You touch on a sensitive topic - sensitive for obvious reasons. Dont take a few responses more intense than others as a crushing blow. Folks come at this from many different perspectives, and regrets are a serious issue to all, for many reasons. This is a topic discussed in many areas many times throughout these forums (and will not generate a separate forum), and must be. It is also not something that needs be crushing to the aspirations, desires, or needs, of members here. The topics which generate the most heat and heated responses are ofton those that need most to be discussed. Please keep poking the bubble, no matter whose it is.

I think this forum topic is a great idea. There are so many facets of healthy living with or without balls so I am for it to learn all aspects and hope that some small detail will enlighten me in a dark area of my mind where I forgot to add pertinent information that I need. I am looking at and wondering about TENS use in devreasing the Testosteron level to a smaller amount rather than just cutting it off entirely. So many projects and maybe that calm is not entirely a myth.N3RF

Farharbour,

...not against starting one. It is just something that I would have trouble sympathizing with posters who would dwell on regret over their decision.

...people tend to make their own problems in life. Then, later they try to blame somebody besides theirselves for the problems that they created for themselves. IT is too bad. This is just the way that people are.

It is probably why this type of a board might get popular and might even be a GOOD thing to people who will struggle with this decision in the future.

...that's my 2 cents...

I am in favor of a "regrets" forum. I think that it would go a long way towards calming down some of the more avid castration fantasy and self-mutilation folks. Castration is something from which you cannot return.

I am not in favor of a regrets forum Instead I think that regrets and other potential drawbacks/disadvantages should be discussed openly and with vigor throughout the site. --FLO--
