Yeek! You should first retain an attorney. You will need to have bail money ready too. Also plan to spend the next 72 hours in a psycho ward and/or the local lockup.
Putting bolt cutters in your pants would get you arrested for attempted shoplifting if nothing else. Menacing yourself with a knife would be viewed as having suicidal tendancies or worse. Do us all a favor and keep your fantasies at home - don't make a public spectacle of yourself that might bring the authorities down on the rest of the community. Please.
