Just my $0.02 worth. I started out on Androcur for a couple of months and then switched to spirolactone for over 6 months. Ihad to quit it because of the fast breast growth was causing too much pain and sensitivity, so, I returned to the androcur just after the beginning of last month (November). All through the summer I was very uncomfotable with even the mild heat of the low to middle 70's. Now that winter is here, I'm just as uncomfortable with the colder days and in the nites with the house heat set on 70deg, I take the chills bad enough to have to cover up while watching tv or being on the computer. I can go to bed and cover up like I used to with just a couple of lite covers and still be cold and smetime during the nite, I will wake up and be soaking wet from the sweats. Only thing is, I've still got the chills and be aweating at the same time.

When I was in my teens, the popular folklore about cold weather was "Don't bother putting your hand up your girlfriend's skirt, you'll only find that her love-lips have closed up tight, like a clam".

Yoli here, still frigid in SA (NOT that kind of frigid!)
Well, mine is always nice and clam-like...no mudflaps!
This kind of weather affects my lil' body in other ways, however.
I went out to fill the bird feeded and leave goodies for the squirrels and was wearing only a robe and slippers. Once again, my nipples are so hard I could use them as engraving tools.
Just saying.

check your thyroid, there is a link between testosterone and the thyroid wich could be causing the cold feelings.
