Pain, how much and how long. Down time, how long till I'm mobile again. Time frame for atrophy of testicules. Any other info as to what to expect the first couple days after the pinch. I really want to hear from been-there done-that people. Thanks :dong:

Please avail yourself of our excellent search function, and read extensively about this. For most peopl this method is a very painful way to not accomplish what you desire. Some have been successful with this tool, but far more have not. And it is extremely painful.

lyda,

Get some lidocaine or vicodin, or valuim if your seriously going to do this, be prepared. I really wish you would choose a different method, even banding seems better. Hash

Is ,it ..I would think the initial pain would last far longer in banding?

Either one can be horrificly painful. Just get 'em cut and be done with it, less pain, less BS....

Hi,

I used alot of lidospray for about 1 1/2 hrs, to the point that the sack and penis were numb. I did not feel anything. But the next morning it was not a pretty sight. Real bite marks, and you really just want to stay in bed. But the lidospray did make a difference.

Dale

ps. it did take care of one nut. didn't clamp the other long enough.

I have tried a lot of banding methods during the course of my journey and I can attest to the pain that comes along. Although I have never applied a burdizzo, suffice it to say that after about 10 to 20 minutes with a clamp on you can barely sit still.. The trouble is, when testicles hurt (starved by oxygen deprivation) they produce an additional very effective "phantom" pain in the kidney area, to the extent that it is VERY difficult to hold on more than 40 minutes at a time. In my experience, repeated banding coupled with ice baths can be very effective in reducing most of the testosterone instantly, although the effect subsides slightly over time due to the recovery process, unless the damage is very extensive. I managed once to reduce my testicle volume by about 60% after a few banding sessions (wich often resulted in a swollen scrotum and testicle numbness). I think that the primary mode of action by using this method is that testicles get damaged by heavy oxidation due to oxygen shortage coupled with a reduced PH level in ischemic parts (below 5, whereas the blood is normally around 7.4).

I would echo Kristoff's and Hash's advice that if you can, obtaining

castration through a licensed practitioner would be the safest and most effective alternative.
