I was in management and in charge of hiring my own staff and I have to say that I did not want to know more about them than their skill set. I never wanted my staff to know I was a eunuch and I was not interested in any differences within them. I only wanted to know the quality and quantity of their work.

Let me pose this question: Do we ask women to advertise for work if they have the ovaries removed? I think not.

Well, at least you know they won't be taking maternity leave, I suppose.
