It is pretty rare for people to have problems with Tamoxifen. Don't know if there might be other meds (say Androcur, which I have to stop due to side effects) that is causing your conditions. If you don't mind, maybe share with us what are the side effects.
Meanwhile, I think you might be able to find some other substitutes for Tamoxifen by googling anti-estrogen.

I am very chemically sensitive. I get headaches and mild cognitive probs with it.
