Are those really all that big of concerns? Girls are able to squat and pee when hiking/camping, so why should it be a problem for a guy?
Biggest problem/concern I've encountered is having to sit to pee.
Think - you have to pull down your pants and so are exposed for a moment.
Had penectomy 2002.
Still have balls.
I play in a band and so have to be in various bars, casinos, venues, etc.
Sometimes a dive bar doesn't even have a door on the stall.
One place had it so when the door to the mens restroom opened, anyone could see in.
Drunk dudes come in and look around for the nearest urinal/toilet.
I wonder about my band-mates who always see me in the toilet stall - never the urinal.
Will they put 2 and 2 together?
Also, riding a bike.
A penectomy comes with a urethra re-rout via your perineum.
So now when I sit on the bike seat, I sit on my pee hole and it can be uncomfortable.
Which affects the amount of exercise I get.
Sorry for rambling on but there are a LOT of things you don't know until you encounter them.
For the most part, I am VERY happy with my penis gone and working on bilateral orchiectomy.
Having balls/testosterone but no penis, I have found unusual ways to climax. Have to.
Best wishes.
