I beleive there is some sort of eel like fish in the Amazon that will enter your anus and eat you from the inside out also. So skinny dipping in the Amazon could be very dangerous. I wonder if that same parasitical fish would enter your urethra? It would make for an interesting story....

Hey, I've already written a story about that, or pretty close.

IIRC, there are a series of pictures on BME of someone doing cbt with insects, though I don't think it got anywhere close to penectomy or castration (just a lot of pin-pricks and some blood). I have no idea how long they played with the insects to achieve that result, but I'm thinking it would take a very long time indeed unless you had a vast number of insects. Even in the documentaries about army ants, they have to use time-lapse photography to show them devowering an entire small animal. An interesting idea, nonetheless. Depending on your tastes, long and drawn out might be just what you're looking for.

That fish is called the Candirú (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Candiru). It is attracted by the urea in urine.
