I was on vacation in Canada and driving into Algonquin Park, ON, when CBC radio trailed an upcoming intewrview with a eunuch. Needless to say, my walk to see the beaver dam had to wait! Congratulations on a really well done interview... very good on the emotional changes and changes to your self perception and excellent on Eunuch Identity. And congratulations to Canada for mainting a high standard of public broadcasting that encompasses such a well conducted lengthy interview in ther middle of the morning.

To Sag111 - and Jesus too, I'm sure I'll be in No. California - one of the most wonderful parts of the USA, and I'll be looking you up. I enjoyed our meeting, and I'm glad each of us had a few hours to commit in our very busy schedules. Your visit here was far too brief.

I'm glad you almost coincidentally got to listen to a live CBC interview re eunuchs as you visited ON's Algonquin Park, one of the most wonderful places in the World. As I've already said, I'm not sure I'd have had the chutzpah to participate in the Halifax Pride parade, certainly not the CBC interview. I participated - for the first time - in Vancouver's Pride parade as an entrant in the Gay Games and the Out Games in Chicago anbd Montreal in 2006 this past weekend - as a marathoner. I don't think it's a coincidence that Canada's Parliament has recently legitimated same-sex marriage, and the CBC conducted the interview it did as part of its morning programming. One of their former broadcasters will shortly be leaving the G-G's post, and another will be coming shortly (Adrienne Clarkson exiting and Michaelle Jean coming). The country is definitely on a different projectile into the furutre from the USA. Viva la difference!
