I got off for awhile and all the horrors of testosterone came back full forces, seemingly stronger than ever before I took depo. Deviant sexual thoughts beyond my partner, agression, impatience, acne, body hair. UGH. no i've been on it for awhile with minimal effects. I started with a 1/2 shot (75 mg.) every two weeks... wasn't satisfied so I went to 1 full shot (150 mg) every two weeks... still nothing major. Now i've almost taken two shots every two weeks and am starting to feel different.

I think my mistake was my dosage at the beginning. Androcur recommends taking high doses until desired effects are acheived, then reducing the dose.

I think from my small beginning doses, I may have built a tolerance to the depo. I mean, I literally had over 6 shots in me over the course of 3 months and hadn't felt much at all.

I hope that the boost of the two shots will give my the results I had originally acheived over a year ago, and then I can begin to taper off the shots.
