Proscar would not be needed for the androcur will stop male hormones from being made. Proscar only effects some of the male hormones. Taking Depo is not a good idea in my mind if taking androcur. Androcur seems to be the most effective drug.

Here is a link with the medical information of androcur.
Most guys seem to do good taking 100mg a day. Higher dose does increase possible liver damage. You should take just enough to meet your goals. Taking more then that will not help. Once the balls are shut down you can not shut them down more then that. So why waist money.
I do not think body weight has anything to do with dose since we are dealing with just shuting down the balls.
I like to know how Saw Palmetto works in the body and how it affects the
prostate which shows up after some 4 to six week use etc. Well it isn't the type of things you guys are using but I have been on 1000 mg gelcap in the morning and a 320 mg gelcap in the evening and I think I know it is working or doing something... what is it ?? / n3rf@earthlink.net

You should just use Depo-Provera. Since it is injectable it will not harm the liver. Also, since it stops the body from making gonadotropin you will lower both male & female hormones.
Well I have orderd from the local drugstore the "microgest" at 100 mg. Maybe it is better than the "garbage" . . Hi . . Herbs I have been using (Saw Palmetto and Stinging Nethle etc) Will se how 1 tablet of 100 mg a day with my morning meal (will affect my balls, etc) All I want to "cure" is a small "incontinense" that I now get when on the outside etc. I have solved the "protection" by using a bag+hose covered by a diaper that keeps "dry" for about a week unless I have an accident so the bag drips over inside the diaper.
