The first three years after castration, I grew size C breast. They became tender and look like female breast. I was self-conscious of them and wore loose clothing. I've always been able to keep my weight around 160-165lbs with exercise and diet. I had breast reduction surgery a few years ago.

Further enlargement stopped. Of course I started Tamoxifen before breast enlargement became very obvious. Maybe over time, they'll get smaller. Just will wait and see. But glad the Tamoxifen did its job, as I don't want to be feminized.

Do what you need to be yourself.

Despite regular doses of T by injection, I still have just some breast enlargement. Am I feminized? No. At least for me and my wife, the part that really defines us is between the ears. YMMV. as is often said, but we have noted over the years that life brings some changes and we bring some changes ourselves. There is a wisdom in knowing which things we cannot change -or maybe not worth changing- and those that bring a new stage in life to be enjoyed. I never set out to be a eunuch in a modern Chinese household, but there it is. Even the late Empress Cixi didn't have the fun we do. (The classic Chinese version lost his nuts and dick -the whole shebang at the same sitting, so to speak.) Not wishing to speak for anyone else, but we enjoy the challenge of adaptation, and highly recommend it. So, no nuts, some tits and a dick = not feminized here; maybe the way we feel about ourselves is worth more than the tits or not?

I have been a chemical eunuch by Androcur for quite a few years. I got a bit of breast growth fairly quickly. I added Tamoxifen after the first year or so, and stayed on Tamoxifen even after stopping Androcur some 3-4 years ago, as I no longer needed Androcur. I need the Tamoxifen to avoid both breast growth and osteoporosis, and also to regain energy and loss weight. The initial growth of breasts and nipples never went away. They just stopped growing bigger.

You could use other methods to reduce your testosterone and sex drive besides Androcur which don't cause breast growth - Depo-Provera or Farlutal are quite effective and have never done that to me, even when I was on it for several months and the effect on my sex drive and fantasies was quite marked. It's also quite a bit cheaper than Androcur, let alone that and tamoxifen.
