Side cuts or center?

I also ended up with 2 small drain slits in the bottom of the sac to help with the swelling. my incissions closed too quickly and did not allow for proper drainage.

I was stupid and went to work 2 days after my procedure and had to wait 4 days to get back to my cutter to help with the drainage.

Had I stayed could have delt with it sooner. but such is life.
