As far as I can tell, Paolo does an excellent job, working long hours at it, for low pay or no pay. I would guess he has even more to do, now that BBoy is no longer with us.

I have mixed feelings about the "reputation points" thing. Anybody can put whatever he wants in it, and it's a backstabbing way to attack somebody. Not so sure it's a good thing, although it theoretically keeps some folks from overdoing criticism and disrespectful posting.
