In my story "The Couple that Cuts Together Stays Together" a woman wants her husband to be castrated and penectomized. He agrees as long as she will have a hysterectomy and have her breasts removed. It's a deal, and the two go to "one of the many de-sexing clinics that had sprung up in recent years."
