I'm Yoli (Yolanda, actually.), one of the Females-In-Residence here at the EA.

If you do a search for "Juarez" you may find some posts referring to a friend of mine, Barry, being castrated by an MD there several years ago.

BUT...I strongly advise you to avoid entering Mexico for ANY reason whatsoever. It is a VERY dangerous place...VERY...and especially so in the border region, to include Juarez (THE most dangerous,); Matamoros; Nuevo Laredo; and all smaller towns.

I can elaborate in a later post should you so desire but I'm hoping that you'll give up the idea of entering Mexico.

Perhaps others here will be able to direct you to an MD here in the US who will perform your castration. Even though Dr. Kimmel has packed it in there are some others, or so I understand.

Again...STAY OUT OF THE HELLHOLE TO THE SOUTH!

castration is a very serious move. Make sure you actually want the "state" of being castrated (asexual) and are not just fixated on the "act". If your desire to have them off is a sexual fantasy, once they are gone you will no longer be able to have the fantasy and might regret it.

That said, castration, the state, can be very liberating. I was chemically castrated for five years and was very satisfied with the results. I only went off of the drug because I was going to be treated for another medical problem and didn't want to have to answer questions about "other drugs I was taking".

I am now investigating the possibility of surgical castration (orchiectomy), but there are some issues. Last year I had abdominal surgery and my genital were fully exposed to a lot of people. They would have noticed my lack of balls and there would have been some embarressing questions. Consider how you will answer those questions.

In the meantime, I would suggest you look for an antiandrogen drug. You can obtain Cyproterone Acetate (Androcur) from any of several offshore sources. Try it out on a temporary basis before committing to irreversible surgery.

Well I had had found this list of possibilities beforehand. I had never tried to contact them. Sorry I can't quite get the link to go through. These are urologists. Remember: medico = doctor & cirugia = surgery. Pretty much most of the latin names are similar: testicles = testicles (pronunciation differs slightly), and not balls = huevos (which it does but not here).

Dr. Marci Bowers, who does Sexual Reassignment Surgery in Trinidad, Colorado, will also do an orchiectomy (www.marcibowers.com/grs/orchiectomy.html). Dr. Bowers requires two letters of referral, one from a mental health professional and one from a urologist, before she will perform an non-SRS orchiectomy. I suspect that, if you write to Dr. Bowers, you might get a referral to therapists/doctors who might be sympathic to your wishes.

Also if you have a medical condition such as chronic pain etc of the testicles she requires documentation and referral as well.

She does not perform the procedure for anyone that is not transgendered.
