If you've already had the epididymectomy and you still have pain you will probably have to have the orchiectomy or kill the nerves that cause the pain before you will have relief. I had a urologist that informed me that bilateral epididymectomy would most likely leave me in more pain than I currently have with the chronic epididimitis. He didn't recommend that I have any orchiectomy until after 55, but I believe that is because unless the patients are wimpering in pain and begging for it, they will put you off. I don't believe in doing the denervation bit, your still left with the problem, just hiding the pain. It's obvious to me that I will eventually have to have the the orchiectomies. It's not a matter of if, it's when. Support and cold packs help. Good luck.
