Well Robby,I think your right,I'm to quick here to judge and I apoligise.I'm doing this for all to see,not hide my apoligy on some private post.I can dish and I can take it when I'm wrong.This tort reform , you know what I mean, should help our Medical World.Maybe they "the Doctor's" :can go on to help people that need help without worrying about
getting sued for silly problems that are conjured up by some hot-shot lawyer.

We all mean well and look forward to helping all who participate. We say things on paper (web in this case) and sometimes what we say comes across differently than we intended. I was presenting a different point of view and did not intend to offend anyone.

For one its too easy to sue. If you lose you only out the money that you put into the filing fees, and it one contengency the lawer is out his time. Latest in my state. This needs to changed so that if the filer loses they have to pay all the costs and a penlty.
Two - Poeple just realized and not take any personal reponseablity for there actions. And then sue.
