Yes, that is just what I would want. A decomposing bloody penis around my neck. I'm sure it would smell great after about a week, not to mention the maggots that would take it over. But hey, I don't want to spoil anyone's fantasy. But just to make sure this is really what you want. Go to the store and buy a chunk of meat about the size of the penis in question and just hang it around your neck for as long as you can stand it.

I love how people complain about the penis flushing/necklace ideas, but not how she just "sewed him up". Like that was no big deal at all. lol.
