Yup, it does seem that the females - especially the younger ones - do have an easier time of it with eunuchs.

My doctor (http://home.earthlink.net/~imagepool/raheela.jpg) is one of those. Raheela was understandability a bit surprised, but once she understood what it was she was seeing she had no problems with it at all, nor did her nurses.

(I'll also readily admit that it is an unusual experience for an old fart like me to have a young lady fooling about down there, and her checking the health of one's prostate is a fascinating experience.)

I am luckey i have a good male doctor and a good urologest well at least they have helped me at every turn so far.I to see that the nurses seem to be very understanding about what i am doing with the chemical castration and now my pending surgery they seem more interested and sensitive to my problems

i don't have anymore male urologist. Everyone I had seems to be afraid to stick their finger up my ass. They have to try and touch the prostate to see if it's getting bigger, or soft, etc., they just don't seem like they want to do their job.

In addition to the special care of eunuchs, I think women are better health practicioners in general. Male doctors really look at people like experiments, whereas female doctors actually seem to want to help. I think the science of medicine can be done by men, but the practice is best by women.

I had a really good experience with a young, blond, sonographer who did an ultrasound on my testicles. She said she "rarely had the pleasure" of doing ultrasound on testicles, because she was filling in for a male sonographer who normally did the job. She also said that damaged testicles are quite common, and that her male counterpart did a lot of ultrasounds related to testicle damage.

Uh, no penis to milk, and semen output is by this time next to nothing, so no, just the basic checks for enlargement, hardening, lumps, etc.

For what you want most likely a PA would do the trick,the other one would be a frenum, but I think a nice large gauge PA would do the trick. Just give it some time to heal before attaching the chain. I would recomend haveing it pierced at 10 gauge or larger, whatever the local shop will do. And let them know your plans as it is best to pierce deeper if they can to prevent the piercing from migrating or binging ripped out.
