Rather stupidly, I went back to work the following day, because of an important deadline that got moved back from before surgery to a couple of days afterwards. I was sitting at a desk for both of the next two days, over a weekend, and my implants stuck to the inside of my scrotum.
One of them stuck quite far up my shaft and required further surgery to release it (the other one sorted itself out).
You're not going to experience the same thing, but I guess that you still need to let yourself heal properly, unlike me...
My surgery was in Sydney, btw.

Hello Jed,
i am castrated but not yet a sacremoval.
like any other real surgical operation it takes about 6 weeks to heal properly.
and for work , you have to take at least a week off.
and i was not done in the samui clinic. so i cant help you with that, sorry.
good luck to you.
greetings marca
I had my scrotum removed my Dr. Kimmel in Philadelphia, and it took longer than 6 weeks just to get in and out of a car. I had my surgery in May of 2004, and although it seems to have healed properly, it's still very tender. If I had just had my balls removed, I'm sure I would be feeling much better by now.

I am having my scrotum removed next month. My doctor said to rest two days before travelling, because I'm going out of my home state to have this done. My doctor also said it will heal like a vasectomy. I had a vasectomy years ago, and went back to work the next day. I hope this information is true, because like you, I am a little worried about POST OPT. GOOD LUCK.

Forget what I just wrote and read my last entry. It's been six months and I'm still not completely healed.
