You are describing a retrograde ejaculation where the ejaculate goes up the urethra toward the bladder. Usually it drips out after a while. OR, it will float in the toilet with the next urination...

Sometimes, it can go into the urinary bladder if it has enough force and the urethra is blocked with enough pressure.

I had problems with impotence all my life. Its it not uncomon according to the doctors I saw.
