I'm not arguing against castration. I'm just saying if you go this route, bear in mind issues that relate to your overall health.

If a person has gender disphoria they either live with it or do something about it. For my self I feel I must do somthing about it because living this way is hell. I will do every thing I can to protect my health as I proceed on my journey. I will try to find a decent surgeon and try to find the money to pay for the operation. As was writen earlier in this thread every surgery has some risk associated with it and that risck should not be taken for granted. I am 41 and have strugled with this issue through out my life. Every day I wake up I face this issue. Well there comes a point where having ones health as important as that is, is simply not enough. I just can not live out the rest of my years as a man.
