That is funny to see one who was once a man write this! We women are prone to these "emotions" anyway, but especially when newly pregnant- the crying over songs, movies, etc. Or PMS can have that effect too. Faling in love easily, etc. Now you will see men in a whole different light!
I have never been partnered, and during my entire 50 years, I've dated perhaps four or five times. I've always felt as if I were lacking in the bonding area when compared to other human beings. Everyone seems to be in a mad scramble to 'find the right one'. Hmmm. Haven't ever figured out what that is about as nothing inside me has ever motivated me to move in that direction. Having this sort of personal history makes the sudden river of emotions flowing through me all the more potent and amazing!
My immediate family is very open and supported me in becoming a eunuch. Both my mother and sister now have a merry time with my hot flushes and tears. Just last night my sister reached across the dinner table to shake my hand, saying, "Welcome to my life!"
Yes, now that I am free from having to think or feel as either sex, I believe I shall see both men and women in a new light.
That is a welcome change of perspective.
